Absolutely. All 48 standard colors in our architectural palette can be customized in various thicknesses (standard 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 24mm, or custom) and density levels (from 1000g/m² up to 2300g/m²+) according to your engineering requirements.
For our 48 standard stock colors, we offer flexible low MOQs for trial orders. Custom Pantone/RAL color matching or special density runs typically require a minimum order volume. Standard production lead time is 7–20 days, with full 20GP/40HQ container shipping options available.
Typical NRC values for our PET sheets range from 0.30 (9mm, direct mount) to 0.90 (24–25mm over a 50mm air gap), based on ISO 354 / ASTM C423 industry test data. Thicker panels and an air gap behind the panel both raise sound absorption. Per-thickness test data is available on request.
Yes, our PET felt raw sheets exhibit high tensile strength and structural integrity, making them ideal for post-processing. We supply raw sheets directly, or pre-cut panels featuring CNC V-grooving, 3D acoustic carving, laser cutting, and self-adhesive backing upon request.
